North Carolina is not exempt from the problems of the rest of the nation. A lot of people are scared of Part D -- they don't know if it's going to help them or hurt them.

They are a nonprofit and we'd like to see them act like it.

We'd like to see some of that carry over to the policy holders in lower premiums.

If they can look at somebody else's report, they could hide things better.
